Adam leads the Asia Pacific research team at DuckerFrontier. His work focuses primarily on supporting senior executives on key strategic initiatives such as resource allocation, workforce planning, and risk management. Prior to joining DuckerFrontier, Adam was a Thomas J. Watson Fellow with a focus on Southeast Asia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and East Asian languages and literature from Washington and Lee University as well as a master’s degree in international economics and Asian studies from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.

Antonio Martinez is a director in the healthcare research practice at DuckerFrontier. His work focuses on providing support to healthcare business leaders tasked with strategic business execution and the management of operational risks. Antonio focuses his efforts on developing extensive analysis on policy developments impacting market access and reimbursement conditions for multinational healthcare companies. Antonio previously served as DuckerFrontier’s director for Global Economics and Industry Insights. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and international relations from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in international relations and economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.

Sarah is the managing director of client services in Asia Pacific. She has more than 15 years of experience in emerging markets and client support across four continents. In her current role, she is responsible for fostering client relationships and designing relevant DuckerFrontier solutions that help multinational corporations reach growth objectives across their APAC portfolios. She previously worked at Oxford Business Group as a Country Director, developing their presence in Egypt, and other markets in the Middle East. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and international business, from the SMEAL college of Business at Penn State University.
