He is responsible for working with their members, the Australian Government and other stakeholders to develop policy positions that will be in the best interests of patients who use medical devices and maintain a viable, innovative medical device environment in Australia. Paul is a healthcare industry executive with a background in both therapeutic product commercialisation and healthcare policy. He has deep knowledge of health technology pricing, reimbursement and market access based on 18 years of experience in Australia and in a global headquarters of a multinational pharmaceutical company.
Rachel is the Government Relations and Communications Manager at the Medical Technology Association of Australia. Rachel has over ten years of experience in government, communications, media and regulatory affairs. She has worked across a range of sectors including infrastructure, manufacturing, science, aviation, economics and finance. She has extensive experience in media, policy development and campaigns at both the State and Federal levels of government.
