Vice President and General Manager at Tencent Healthcare Informatics CenterMeng joined Tencent in 2016 to build its online and social media platform for healthcare and medical information. Prior to Tencent, he was the Head of China for IMS Health Management Consulting for over a decade and served in both its US and China offices. He leads a team that consults both multinational and Chinese local pharmaceutical, medical device, and hospital companies on their business and portfolio strategies, SEF and product launches. Meng received his MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Julie Tay
Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Asia Pacific of Align TechnologyJulie has extensive management experience in the Asia Pacific region overseeing the development and launch of several major healthcare products. She currently leads Align Technology entire Asia Pacific region with a focus on strategic development and operational execution for all Align products and services.
Prior to Align Technology, she was the regional head of Bayer Healthcare (Diabetes Care) overseeing operations in Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, China, India, Australia and Southeast Asia where she grew the business into a sustainable and profitable operation in three years. She has also spent more than 20 years in marketing and general commercial management including 15 years with Johnson and Johnson Medical where she was instrumental in establishing the LifeScan franchise and in successfully launching the SmartScan, One Touch Ultra, and One Touch Horizon brands.
Julie holds an MBA from Curtin University of Technology, Australia and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Singapore.
Vincent Chan
Regional General Manager, Asia Pacific (Japan, Asia and India) at CarestreamVincent has been the Regional General Manager for Asia Pacific (India, Asia and Japan) of Carestream Health since 2015. His wealth of knowledge of the Asia Pacific healthcare market and established track record driving market share, revenue and profit growth in the healthcare IT and equipment/services areas has led Carestream to be named the leader in Asia for software and services for Medical Imaging IT by KLAS for two consecutive years. He regularly advise healthcare institutions in ASEAN on the adoption of IT to transform healthcare delivery including telemedicine, rural healthcare via mobile device, national image distribution platform and the use of Machine Learning and AI.
Prior to joining Carestream, he spent more than 12 years with Philips in various leadership roles including VP and General Manager for Indonesia, VP and General Manager for ASEAN, Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific, MCR, Philips Healthcare and Senior Director for Customer Services and Healthcare Informatics Asia Pacific, Philips Healthcare.
Before he started his career in Healthcare, he was with management consultancy firms Boston Consulting Group and Accenture where he worked and lived in France, North America, Greater China and South East Asia. Vincent holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

HR Director, APAC of Kimberly ClarkEugene currently leads Kimberly Clark’s HR function for ASEAN and Hong Kong, and is the HR business partner for the APAC HR marketing and digital teams. He has more than 20 years of HR experience and has led HR teams globally across various geographies with companies such as Hewlett-Packard, IBM and Accenture. Before embarking on an HR career, he was a human capital consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
